Swimming.jfifWe cover a broad range of sports across our curriculum where skills are taught and built upon each year. The skills taught can be transferred easily across a range of sports and through a variety of contexts for example in isolation, in a lesson, in a game or in a competition. We enhance our teaching by employing specialist sports coaches to help deliver our curriculum.

The sports and games taught as part of the Corpus Christi PE DREAM curriculum include football, rugby, dance, gymnastics, hockey, badminton, swimming, cricket, dodgeball and atheletics.

In addition, we strive to provide opportunities to compete in sport and other activities that build character and help to embed values such as fairness and respect. We endeavour to develop a philosophy and a need for healthy life

styles, a balanced diet, positive growth mind-set and the resilience to persevere with activities that may be once have felt too difficult.
